Soil

Hemp provides its own fertilizer, we do this with both field retting and hemp biochar – a fertilizer/waste product through the pyrolysis hemp ethanol fuel-making process.

We don’t only enhance soil structure and increase water retention, and improve electrical conductivity and microbial properties but also reduce cost and emissions from fertilizer production and transport in the long run.

Water

We have a computer program that keeps the water in the nutrient tank and automatically controls the pH and EC value

• We continuously oxygenate the water.

• We make an activated carbon filter from hemp and remove heavy metals and chlorine from the water. (If we use abandon water)

• We implementing Liquid, Organic Fertilization program

Plant

By planting perennials, otherwise known as plants that won’t be harvested annually, the roots will have a chance to establish themselves, microbial activity in the soil will increase, and this will result in better carbon drawdown.
